The journey would take roughly 3-4 hours. Once at the bay, you’ll need to get onto a jukung (a small boat) which would take you and up to 4 people to the dolphin sighting grounds and Kiluan Island.

  • You’ll be able to spot bottlenose and spinner dolphins as the bay and its surrounding area is the migration route of these species.
  • Beaches around the bay are also nesting grounds for sea turtles namely; the green sea turtle and the hawksbill turtle.
  • You can even hire a guide to take you to Gayau Lagoon, a popular natural swimming spot located behind the hills of Kiluan Bay.
